happy lunar new year to all! (: it's the eve of it but well. haha. if you're reading this and haven't gotten back to le-anne about whether or not you're going to visit mr goh with the class next week saturday, please do so now!

remember to report back in school next week wednesday by 0740. girls' event starts at 0750. as for guys, i'm not too sure at what time the event starts. either way, be on time! oh and try to look through the topic on binomial theorem, especially if you haven't finished the questions we were supposed to go through in class.

yay people (: we clinched second place, so the floorball girls' finals were not to no avail, aye. basically, this post is just to congratulate all those who played for v14 for what they have achieved. let's aim for first next year (depends on our junior class as well. haha.) yet, at the same time, let's not forget about those who stood at the sidelines and cheered us on since without participation, we would've tied with v11.

oh and as for the vouchers, we'll be going out with our senior class one of these days, alright. we'll have to check the expiration date though, so we hopefully can go out after exams when we're in a relaxed state or before exams when we need a break from revisions.

hey people,

mentally prepare yourselves for the bio project. heard it's just as terrible as LA (if not worse) but no worries, it does not require a group discussion in front of the whole class. and please be reminded to tell leonard by tomorrow if you are interested in joining the design team.

inV!gorate continues tomorrow as well. those interested in playing either basketball, volleyball or both, please remember your school-related shirts. as for the rest of us, do come down and support. there'll be piano ensemble concert in the evening, in case you are interested in going after all and a gentle reminder to those who were nice enough to buy tickets from me (:

hey people,

yesterday rocked, aye. guys won soccer and thank goodness noboy got seriously hurt (think lemuel for soccer and wenqian for captain's ball) and those of us who didn't play mostly did enjoy cheering. hope that's not an entire lie - kidding :P

as for captain's ball, even though we girls lost, i'd like to commend the effort put in by everyone, especially those who originally didn't intend to play but eventually did. also, i think the team spirit on court was evident as we played together. speaking of which, serena did make a good captain.

either way, not all is lost yet, girls, especially. there still are the upcoming games which have been postponed to another day, though the date's not been set yet, i suppose. watch out for that day and hopefully we'll come together as a class again.

most importantly though, we did win overall in our own right. the main objective was to bond with our senior class and i think we have made progress, considering the long way we've come from. we did meet that objective to some extent, so we did win.

enjoy your youth days holiday period and no matter what mr goh says about hime celebrating, well be celebrating more, i hope (:

Can we come together?

I know this might be a little late to mention, but you might realise that our class can make more effort in coming together. I shan't say here who are the ones that are affecting and are affected, but, come on, and let us all use our brains. I believe it is possible to put down ( not as in totally sever ties, but at least just remember) old relationships with old friends and foster new ties with new ones. Half a year has already passed, and that means 25% of our time together has perished too. Think about it, if we carry on like this for 3 more half a months, our time is up. Have we achieved anything that we can remember for the rest of our lives. Typically, no. Would you rather walk down that path with good memories of your new-found bosom buddies, or would you rather crawl that same length, knocking your head on the ground to remember what you have done during the last 2 years? You decide.

I have asked Le-Anne, Leonard and Fang Lin to further publicise this blog to the class, and its representation is seriously undermined, as compared to other class blogs like 06V13.

To al of 14ians, I urge you all to come closer as a class as soon as possible. The upcoming Inv!gorate event should be able to get us closer, if we are all enthusiastic about it. Play your part in the games or in cheering, or even just attendance, and we shall succeed!

i can be quite sure that the whole class would be craving for at least another month off, but hey, we've just got to endure 13 weeks of torture til EOYs (quoting miss fong) and hopefully we'll be off free after that. (:

I'm sure everyone's gonna be CRAZILY mugging - even though most seems to deny - so I am not gonna say WORK HARD PEOPLE! or something like that. I AM SURE YOU WOULD anyway.

I know the blogcomm never really updates like every week, but that's because we aren't really sure that people are coming to look.
so far we've been seeing the same people tagging and all.. so we hope our class will come here more often! X]

alright. back after a really really long break.

not sure if revival effort will work but shall try nevertheless.

please be reminded that imagineering letters, survey questions, interview questions etc are due TODAY! email them ms fong and make sure everything gets through if you're planning to survive your holidays.

as for homework, we basically just need to do the maths assignment and LA essay. oh and mug(?) for the LA test in week three. oh and be prepared for a maths test covering everything frm semester 1 if i'm not wrong. well then there's chinese homework but i obviously have got no idea what it is.

hope you all had fun in japan and three cheers to our class for obtaining second place for cultural night. well done guys (:

alright. thought i should give a quick update.

there'll be a maths quiz next week wednesday on simultaneous equations.

remember to work on your physics games as well since presentation is in term 2 week 7. this week's term 2 week 5, by the way. yup.

oh yeah. please keep a photocopy of your passports as well. we'll have to hand it in very soon because according to v11 and v13, they were supposed to hand it in long time ago. we'll get back to you as to when to hand it in, yeah.

yay. tagboard's finally up. it's currently in german though, so please bear with it till i've fixed that. alright, what are you waiting for? start flooding!

anyway, here are the things to remember. potato experiment's been extended to next monday. physics homework's due on thursday and comprises 30% of our ca1. yes, so we should make the best out of it and since it's much simpler than the test. oh yeah, maths assignment's due tomorrow as well. apart from that, chinese? haha. if you people got anything.

and remember to pay up all your money which is due by tomorrow! $20sth for chinese, $3.50 for report book and $10 for the i&e week , outing to the zoo and $15 for house shirt!

we're finally done with the layout. the tagboard kind of disappeared during the encoding process, so yeah. it'll be up again shortly, so exercise some patience till then and start flooding once it's up.

oh yeah, please remember to bring $10 on monday for the trip to the zoo during the i&e week. another $3.50 will be collected as well for the report book ($0.30 have already been paid together with the payment for the test tube, i presume). as for those who have overdue payments, pay up really soon! haha. i'm starting to sound like weiyan [x

and just for your info, for those who think that time is plentiful, ss porject presentation is this coming thursday.
